COE Launches Comprehensive Training to Bridge Gap Between Education and Medical Practice
The Center of Excellence (COE) at Kurdistan Technical Institute (KTI) is proud to announce a new specialized training course designed to develop the core competencies essential for the modern health practice environment.
This initiative is the culmination of a collaborative effort across all medical departments at KTI. The curriculum was developed to bridge the gap between academic study and professional employment, ensuring students are fully equipped to meet current market needs. Endorsed by ASIQUAL, the COE’s UK partner, the course focuses on the fundamentals of clinical practice, professional communication, and workplace conduct.
Course Details: The program commences on February 17th and will run for two weeks (three days per week). The curriculum includes four key modules:
Basic Life Skills & First Aid (6 Hours)
Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) (6 Hours)
Medical Ethics and Communication Skills (4 Hours)
Health Administration & Medical Documentation (4 Hours)
